BCM LEADERSHIP TEAM DESCRIPTIONS

LEADERSHIP TEAM: These leaders are responsible for working together to reach students by planning, promoting, and conducting weekly Amplify worship gathering, on-campus outreach with the purpose of sharing the Gospel and connecting students to the BCM, planning and organizing mission trips, retreats and raising funds for BCM Missions, and so much more!

BLOOM/ROAR GROUP LEADERS: These leaders are responsible for co-leading gender-specific small groups throughout the week. Each Group will have 2 student leaders, and the group will connect with new and existing BCM students to study Scripture (approved Bible study curriculum/books) and apply it in practical ways. This will be one of the primary ways that the BCM uses to connect students to authentic, Christ-centered community.

HS SENIOR: This position exists to connect two local high school students to the BCM to serve on the leadership team. One male and one female student is chosen to give insight in reaching future students to be involved in the BCM either on DSCC campus or others across the state. It provides opportunity to grow in serving and experience in leadership.

ALL LEADERSHIP MEMBERS will be required to attend both Amplify and a Small Group on a weekly basis. All exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but students should make every effort to be involved in both.

We begin the application and interview process for leadership at the end of the fall semester to give you the opportunity to attend Leadership Conference and make connections with others to prepare yourself for your role.  The Leadership Team term is from August to May.  To apply to be considered for the upcoming Leadership Team, click APPLY NOW below and email any questions to bharwell@dsccbcm.org.
